In Science this term, Year 3 have done lots of investigating and observing. We have thought about our skeletons and what they look like and how they are different from other living things. We tested different types of rocks and found out which are absorbent or not. When we were investigating light we discovered that some of our coats are reflective and discussed why this is important. We really enjoyed investigating forces using our playground equipment and thought about pulls, pushes and twists. We also thought about how gravity works and tested this by all jumping at the same time. We tested friction on different surfaces and noticed a car rolled further on a smooth surface.
