  • The Ryde School Choir Shines at the Gardeners’ Club’s Christmas Party - The Ryde School Choir was honoured to have performed at the Gardeners' Club's Christmas Party, and what a spectacular treat they were! The festivities began with a joyous and spirited rendition of Christmas Is Coming, setting the tone for an evening brimming with festive cheer.

  • Year 5/6 Girls Football Tournament - On Thursday 19th October 2023, a team of girls from Years 5 and 6 braved the very unsettled weather and went to DeHavilland School to take part in the annual tournament.

  • Cup Stacking Event - Children from Years 3 and  4  represented The Ryde at a Cup Stacking Tournament held at Onslow St. Audrey’s School.
  • Snow Day - The children enjoyed a day in the snow.
  • ECO Council games at the Christmas Fair - Games created by Year 4 and 6

  • A visit by the Lord-Lieutenant of Hertfordshire - A visit by the Lord-Lieutenant of Hertfordshire.
  • Football Tournament - Years 5 and 6 participated in a football tournament at De Havilland school.
  • Year 5 Art trip to National Gallery - As part of the cross curriculum water topic this term, children in Year 5 went on a trip to The National Gallery.
  • Year 3 Celtic Harmony Camp - We visited Celtic Harmony Camp.  We took part in a range of activities such as making bread and weaving.
